Find out with a thorough inspection done by an impartial 3rd party! We will spend as much time as needed with the home you are considering, so you can make an informed decision regarding the condition of the home. We have already done
thousands
of inspections but still treat YOUR Inspection as the most important one we do. Just because it looks "real nice" now doesn't mean it will after all the current owner's furnishings have been removed. Let us inspect "the bones" of the home and not just the "window dressings."
We will not attempt to place a value on the home - that is the job of an appraiser. We work with the
actual
condition of the home and may make suggestions to address safety concerns or upcoming major repairs.
As much as we would like them to be, there are NO perfect homes. Every home has issues - most can be tolerated "as is" OR be readily cured. As the buyer, you should discuss any defects openly NOW with your Realtor and not let them become stumbling blocks closer to the time of closing.
We give you a thorough and impartial evaluation on the entire home. YOU must decide how you will use that information. We may also suggest other tests and evaluations based upon our knowledge and training; the local real estate market; the needs of various lenders; or the concerns you expressed about the home during our initial interview.
A home inspection typically takes about one and one-half hour, or more, depending upon the size and condition of the home.
If this is a Pre-Sale inspection, we can often identify items that can be addressed that will

increase the value of the home, at a minimal cost. One homeowner spent a few thousand dollars to update their home and increased the value by
