These inspections may take several days depending upon the complexity of the project. We spend as much time as needed to totally evaluate the property keeping
YOUR needs in mind. If you need environmental testing; we work with an engineer who can perform these also. We usually also work closely with the local Code Enforcement Officer to see if Fire & Safety Inspections have been done regularly. Having this knowledge will often help testify to the previous conditions of the property as well. We also check on past and/or present building permits to determine if the structure has been altered.
